Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 14 June 2026

1. About us

These terms govern your use of platinumbreedsworldwide.co.uk (the “Site”) and any goods, services, memberships, auctions, horse-sale listings, content and concierge support we provide.

The Site is operated by Platinum Breeds Worldwide, a business registered and trading in the United Kingdom. You can reach us at platinumbreedsworldwide@outlook.com or on WhatsApp at +44 7506 994709. Our concierge hours are Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm GMT.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By browsing the Site, creating an account, placing an order, joining the bidding pool, enquiring about a horse, subscribing to our newsletter or starting a membership, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

3. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under the laws of England and Wales to place an order, join the bidding pool, hold a membership or purchase a horse. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account.

We may refuse, suspend or terminate accounts where we reasonably believe they have been used fraudulently, in breach of these terms, or to disrupt other users (including the integrity of bidding).

4. The shop — orders & contract formation

Products displayed on the Site (saddle pads, riding apparel, leatherwork, rugs, bundles, “Complete the Look” pieces and any other physical goods) are an invitation to treat, not an offer. A contract of sale is formed only when we (or our checkout partner) send you an order confirmation email.

Checkout is handled securely by our store partner. We accept payment in the currencies and methods presented at checkout. Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and, where applicable, include UK VAT at the prevailing rate. Duties, taxes and customs charges for international destinations are either collected at checkout or, in a small number of countries, payable by the recipient on import.

We try to display product images, colours, materials and stock levels accurately, but small variations are inherent to natural materials such as leather. We reserve the right to correct pricing or description errors and to cancel and refund any order placed at a manifestly incorrect price.

5. Shipping, delivery & risk

We ship globally via tracked, insured couriers from our UK fulfilment centre. Estimated delivery times, surcharges for oversized items, and live shipping rates are shown at checkout and in our Shipping guide. Risk passes to you on delivery; legal ownership passes once we have received cleared payment in full.

6. Returns, cancellations & refunds (consumer rights)

If you are a consumer based in the UK or EU, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 give you the right to cancel most online orders within 14 days of receiving them, without giving a reason. Our policy goes further: unworn, undamaged store items in their original condition and packaging, with tags intact, can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product value.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable except where the item arrived faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described. Return shipping is at the customer’s cost unless the item is faulty. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of the return arriving at our UK fulfilment centre and passing inspection.

The following are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty: personalised items, embroidered rugs, monogrammed leatherwork and other bespoke commissions. Auction lots and Horses For Sale are governed by the bill of sale and are non-returnable once signed for at the new yard.

To start a return, email platinumbreedsworldwide@outlook.com with your order number. We do not handle returns over WhatsApp.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including the right to goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.

7. Memberships & recurring subscriptions

Paid memberships (including any access to The Manor concierge benefits, members’ pricing and Loyalty Rewards) renew automatically on the cadence shown at the point of purchase, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation stops future renewals and access continues to the end of the current paid period.

Membership fees are non-refundable once a billing period has begun, save where required by law or where we have failed to provide the membership benefits. Membership benefits, partner discounts and loyalty terms may evolve; we will give reasonable notice of material changes.

8. The Manor — private horse bidding

The Manor is a private, invitation-only bidding pool for verified members. By placing a bid (manually or via an auto-bid up to a maximum amount you set) you make a binding offer to purchase the lot at the bid price, subject to the lot’s reserve and our acceptance.

We may refuse, withdraw, cancel or re-open a bid where we reasonably believe it was made in error, in bad faith, or in breach of these terms or applicable law. Display names of other bidders are pseudonymous; we do not reveal a bidder’s real identity to other participants.

Winning bidders enter a private bill of sale with the vendor (facilitated by us). Vetting (pre-purchase examination, “PPE”), transport, insurance and import paperwork are arranged separately and at the buyer’s cost unless expressly stated. Horses are sold as seen subject to PPE; once the bill of sale has been signed and the horse has been signed for at its new yard, the sale is final.

9. Horses For Sale & enquiries

Listings under “Horses For Sale” are presented in good faith based on information from the current owner or yard. Pedigree, performance history, height, temperament and veterinary status are summaries; buyers must satisfy themselves through a PPE and any additional checks they wish to commission. PPE fees and any enquiry, transport or commission charges are disclosed before the buyer commits.

10. AI shopper chat & content tools

The Site may include AI-assisted tools such as our shopper chat and outfit builder. These provide suggestions based on the products and information available; they are not professional veterinary, fitting, training, financial or legal advice. You are responsible for verifying suitability for your horse and discipline before purchase.

11. Newsletter & marketing

When you subscribe to our newsletter, you consent to receive marketing emails about our products, collections, auctions and events. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email or via our unsubscribe page.

12. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including the Platinum Breeds Worldwide and “The Manor” names, logos, crest, photography, video, product designs, editorial copy and software — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by UK and international copyright, trade mark and database rights. You may view and share links to the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any other use (scraping, training AI models, reselling images, reproducing editorial) requires our prior written permission.

13. Acceptable use

You must not use the Site to:

  • place fraudulent, shill or manipulative bids;
  • impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation;
  • scrape, crawl, harvest or reverse-engineer the Site or its data, or use it to train AI/ML systems;
  • introduce malware, attempt to break security controls or test for vulnerabilities without our written permission;
  • upload anything unlawful, infringing, defamatory, obscene or harmful.

14. Third-party services

We rely on trusted third parties to operate parts of the Site, including our checkout and order processor, payment provider, transactional email provider, hosting, analytics and AI chat provider. Their use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the content of external websites we link to.

15. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under English law (including your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015).

Subject to the above, we are not liable for any loss of profit, loss of business, loss of opportunity, or indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order, membership or auction shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order, membership period or auction lot.

Equestrian sport carries inherent risk. You acknowledge that the suitability of any horse or piece of equipment for your discipline, ability and yard is your responsibility and that of your veterinary and professional advisers.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time you place an order, start a membership or place a bid is the version that applies to that transaction. Material changes will be flagged at the top of this page.

17. Governing law & disputes

These terms and any non-contractual obligations arising out of them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, save that consumers resident in another part of the UK or in the EU may also bring proceedings in their local courts.

If you are an EU consumer, the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
