Platinum Breeds Worldwide ships globally via tracked, insured courier services with DHL, FedEx and UPS. Every parcel is dispatched from our UK fulfilment centre with full tracking provided by email as soon as your order leaves us.
Estimated delivery times: United Kingdom 1–3 business days · European Union 3–5 business days · North America 4–7 business days · Asia 5–7 business days · Australia & New Zealand 5–8 business days · Rest of the world 7–10 business days. Express upgrades are offered at checkout where the destination supports them.
Shipping is calculated live at checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination, so you only ever pay the true carrier rate. Saddlery, large tack, rugs and other oversized items may incur a freight surcharge, which is always shown clearly before you pay.
Duties, taxes and customs charges are calculated at checkout for most destinations and collected up front so your order is delivered without surprise fees on the doorstep. For a small number of countries where pre-collection is not supported, any local import duty becomes the responsibility of the recipient.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, typically within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Personalised items, embroidered rugs and bespoke leatherwork carry a longer lead time which is stated on each product page.

— Returns —
Unused store items in their original condition, with tags and original packaging intact, can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product value (original shipping costs are non-refundable).
Personalised items, embroidered rugs and bespoke leatherwork are made to order and are final sale — they cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive faulty.
Auction lots and Horses For Sale are governed by the bill of sale and are non-returnable once signed for at the new yard.
To start a return, contact our concierge team by email platinumbreedsworldwide@outlook.com with your order number. We will issue return instructions and, where required, a prepaid label. Return shipping is at the customer's cost unless the item arrived faulty, damaged or incorrect. We do not handle returns or entertain discussions over returns inside interactions within WhatsApp, only email.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of the return arriving back at our UK fulfilment centre and passing inspection. Duties and taxes paid on import may be reclaimable directly from your local customs authority — we will provide the paperwork on request.
